This workshop will take place on <strong>November 13-15, 2018<\/strong> in the computer room at the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rjb.csic.es\/jardinbotanico\/jardin\/\">Royal Botanic Garden of Madrid<\/a>\u00a0(CSIC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The three-day hands-on workshop will be led by Nelson Rios (Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History), GEOLocate tool developer and\u00a0David Draper (Lisbon University), one of the\u00a0main promoters of this tool in Europe. It is aimed to get a glimpse into using georeferencing tools such as QGIS and GEOLocate, for georeferencing natural history specimens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop\u00a0has an enrolment cost of 100\u20ac.\u00a0The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/forms\/m4BmLbwkIEXjDk583\">subscription form is available here<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>must be sent before October 5th, 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Once the preselected participants have been confirmed, they must pay the enrolment fee and send a proof of payment to\u00a0infogbifspain@gmail.com before October 16th, 2018.
