Actualmente, la mayor\u00eda de los est\u00e1ndares y documentaci\u00f3n asociada est\u00e1n en idioma ingl\u00e9s. Para la regi\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina, el idioma representa una barrera para la comprensi\u00f3n y correcto uso de los est\u00e1ndares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A petici\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tdwg.org\/about\/executive\/backgrounds\/#latin%20america%20representative_1\">Paula Zermoglio<\/a>, representante regional en el Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de TDWG, lanzamos <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeokKyWni30MAlxlDjC5xd2KEBj1nK0mlqTvaOVXWCBcTnr0w\/viewform\">esta encuesta<\/a> para explorar c\u00f3mo afectan las barreras ling\u00fc\u00edsticas a la correcta utilizaci\u00f3n de est\u00e1ndares en la publicaci\u00f3n de datos de biodiversidad y solicitar vuestra:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adhesi\u00f3n al llamado para que se explore e implemente la incorporaci\u00f3n de otros idiomas, distintos del ingl\u00e9s, en los est\u00e1ndares y documentaci\u00f3n asociada desarrollados y mantenidos por <em>Biodiversity Information Standards<\/em> (TDWG).<\/li>\n<li>Participaci\u00f3n en los esfuerzos de traducci\u00f3n colaborativa de est\u00e1ndares y documentaci\u00f3n de <em>Biodiversity Information Standards<\/em> (TDWG) si tales mecanismos fueran puestos en pr\u00e1ctica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta petici\u00f3n ser\u00e1 presentada al Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de TDWG, listando nombre, apellido, afiliaci\u00f3n y rol de todos los firmantes.<\/p>\n<p>Agradecemos vuestro apoyo en la difusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enlace a la encuesta y petici\u00f3n: <a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/svx6gb2\">https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/svx6gb2<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para compartir y utilizar datos de biodiversidad, el uso de est\u00e1ndares es fundamental y, en particular, aquellos desarrollados y mantenidos por Biodiversity Information Standards (TDWG).
