Esta charla es especialmente pertinente en relaci\u00f3n a los esfuerzos que los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s desarrollados est\u00e1n realizando en pos de que los datos (cient\u00edficos y de otro tipo) sean consultables por todo el mundo y se puedan reutilizar.
