{"id":9134,"date":"2017-09-21T12:43:26","date_gmt":"2017-09-21T10:43:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/161.111.70.82\/?p=9134"},"modified":"2018-02-06T10:17:26","modified_gmt":"2018-02-06T09:17:26","slug":"nora-escribano-ganadora-premio-gbif-jovenes-investigadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gbif.es\/en\/nora-escribano-ganadora-premio-gbif-jovenes-investigadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Nora Escribano: primera espa\u00f1ola en ganar el Premio GBIF J\u00f3venes Investigadores sobre Biodiversidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nora Escribano, estudiante de doctorado de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unav.edu\/web\/facultad-de-ciencias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facultad de Ciencias de la Universidad de Navarra<\/a>, ha recibido el Premio Internacional para J\u00f3venes Investigadores que otorga <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gbif.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GBIF<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La red de GBIF concede desde hace siete a\u00f1os sendos galardones a un estudiante de m\u00e1ster y un estudiante de doctorado por su contribuci\u00f3n al estudio de la biodiversidad en el mundo. El trabajo de Nora se ha desarrollado a partir de 1.776 muestras de macroinvertebrados tomadas entre 2005 y 2015 en m\u00e1s de 400 puntos de la cuenca del Ebro, que se conservan en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unav.edu\/web\/museodecienciasnaturales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Museo de Zoolog\u00eda (MZNA)<\/a> de la universidad.<\/p>\n<p>El papel de la investigadora ha consistido en extraer la informaci\u00f3n sobre estas muestras, prepararlas para hacerlas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gbif.org\/dataset\/dfddad59-5bc5-4e35-8b35-334eed43bba9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">accesibles a trav\u00e9s de GBIF<\/a>, depurar los datos, adaptarlos a los est\u00e1ndares internacionales y describir los metadatos, para posteriormente preparar un <em>data paper<\/em>. En GBIF Espa\u00f1a estamos felices con la noticia, ya que sentimos a Nora como una investigadora muy unida a nosotros. Ha habido un largo trasfondo de colaboraciones entre el MZNA y GBIF Espa\u00f1a. El MZNA est\u00e1 compartiendo datos a trav\u00e9s de GBIF desde hace muchos a\u00f1os y sus integrantes apoyan activamente las actividades de GBIF.ES.
