Open call GBIF.ES online Workshop on Polar Biodiversity Data Standardization and Publication

The registration period for the GBIF.ES online workshop on Polar Biodiversity Data Standardization and Publication is open. This workshop will take place in May 12-26, 2021 through the eLearning platform of GBIF Spain.

This workshop aims to improve the ability of participants to prepare and publish biodiversity data through the GBIF network. Concepts related to data quality, cleaning, standardization and publication through the IPT will be addressed during the course, as well as the preparation of data papers. The workshop is especially aimed at researchers who handle data collected in the polar regions. This workshop will be conducted by Katia Cezón (GBIF.ES), Francisco Pando (GBIF.ES), Cristina Villaverde (GBIF.ES), David Galicia (Univ. Navarra) and Nora Escribano (Univ. Navarra).
