2nd Call of the GBIF.ES Workshop: Record and Manage Observations From Nature Using Natusfera

The subscription period is now open for the 2nd call of the GBIF.ES Workshop: Record and Manage Observations From Nature Using Natusfera that will take place in April 5-6, 2018 in the computing facility of the Royal Botanic Garden (CSIC) of Madrid.

This training event is aimed at managers and participants of nature associations, teachers in environmental sciences, environmental technicians, and any amateur or professional who wants to learn or share their observations of biodiversity.

The workshop programme will be focused on the main functionalities of Natusfera, including aspects of citizen science and the GBIF network. In addition, in this edition, detailed information on the City Nature Challenge will be presented. For the practical session we will organized a bioblitz to survey the urban biodiversity in the Quinta de los Molinos Park (Suanzes metro station).

This workshop is free. The application form is available online and it must be submitted before March 12th, 2018.
