New edition of the GBIF.ES in-person Workshop: Optimization of R use in research

The II GBIF.ES in-person Workshop: Optimization of the use of R in research, new tools for programming, manipulation and visualization of biodiversity data is aimed at researchers who need to strengthen their knowledge of R and students undergraduate and predoctoral students who need to learn to use the new R tools.

The workshop will take place in person on December 13 and 14, 2023 in the computer room at the CSIC facilities at c/ Joaquín Costa 22, in Madrid. The first day will focus on consulting, refining, downloading, etc. GBIF data with R and the second day, how to visualize it.

The workshop is taught free of charge. The registration form is available online and must be submitted by November 7 2023.

IMPORTANT: Once those selected for the workshop have been confirmed, they must confirm their place before November 21, 2023. If confirmation has not been received before said date, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
